Introduction

It adopts PLC and touch screen control panel for control material. It is characterized by accurate measuring, advanced structure, stable operating, low noise, large adjusting range, fast filling speed. It is also suitable for the filling of easy volatilization, easy bubbly liquid strong corrosive liquid for rubber, plastic,and high viscosity, liquid, semi-liquid. Operators adjust and meter figure in the touch screen control panel, also can adjust metering of each filling head. The externalsurface of this machine is made of excellent stainless steel. Good appearance, applied to GMP standard .

3. Configuration include the movements which when filling the cylinder up and down that driven the pipe close. It effectively prevent the occurrence of leakage and drawing, it apply to the high-foaming products of filling lifting systems, further ensure the position fixing system of bottle of the horizontal bottle.

1. Teflon corrugated pipes
This pipe is suitable for edible oil,lube oil,liquid detergent,liquid soap,hand sanitizer,etc.it is suitable for various viscosity and non- viscosity liquid.
2. Food-grade silicone hoses
This pipe is suitable for Mustard sauce, mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup and other sauce materials,etc. Filling with non- residue.
3. Food grade rubber hoses
This pipe is suitable for edible oil, Ketchup, hot sauce,etc. it will strength enough and will not pollute the food material.
Piston Rings:
1.According to different filling materials, we will use different quality of piston rings.
2.White is usually used in filling edible oil products,the black one usually used in industry oil.
3.Both these two kind of piston rings are made of Teflon material,inside the rings is a spring,it has the function of automatic adjust the gap caused by friction.So that the piston rings have a long-service time.
