Product Description

Screw juicer is a continuous operation slag juice separation equipment for organic material extrusion liquid and inorganic
material slag liquid separation.

The equipment has the characteristics of high strength, high bearing pressure, no deformation, not easy to block,
corrosion resistance, wear resistance, no sliding, low failure rate, easy maintenance, long service life, and high
juice yield and dehydration rate.

1. The Structure 
   By former bearing, into the hopper, spiral, filter, gravy, after bearing, slag tank parts, such as screw spindle bearing in
the rolling bearing, the right end bearing in hand wheel bearings, motor through a pair of v-belt pulley drive screw.
2.Working principle
  The main component of the equipment is that the bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases along the direction
of the slag outlet, while the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the
spiral cavity is reduced, which forms the material pressing.
3. Scope of Application
   It can squeeze the ginger, asparagus, tomato, pineapple, apples and oranges and other fruit and vegetable juices.
It is widely used in the fruit processing industry, food and beverage processing factory.
