1.OverviewThis machine is mainly used for the automatic formation of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is unrolled and driven by rollers, and the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped.The entire roll of the nose bridge is rolled out and cut to a certain length, and then imported into the covered fabric. Its two edges are sealed by ultrasonic welding, and then sealed by ultrasonic side sealing, and cut by a cutter. The mask is conveyed to the two mask earband welding stations through an assembly line, and the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding. After the mask is made, it is transported to the flat belt line for collection.
