The series equipent is used in hot filling and sealing of tea, fruit juice drink and etc. The machine integrates washing, filling and capping together. It is good equipmengt for hot filling with scientific and reasonable design and easy operation.
The machine adopts bottleneck blocking and filling balbe rise-drop design, and it satisfies for 95ºC hereinafter hot filling technology demand. The function of achieve the replacement of different bottles only by exchanging equivalent parts.
It adopts person-machine interface touch screen, PLC,transducer etc advanced control technology with high automation in the whole process. The machine main electrical parts are from famous international manufacturer, such as Mitsubishi, Omron etc.
The Reverse Osmosis process uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron collodial matter, viruses, and bacteria from water. The process is called "Reverse" Osmosis since it requires pressure to force pure water across a membrane, leaving the impurities behind. Reverse Osmosis is capable of removing 95 - 99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS) and 99% of all bacteria, thus providing safe, pure water

The plastic bottles are fed into the rotary rinser,filler capper by means of an input feed conveyor.
A star wheel then transfers the bottle to neck holding gripper of the rinsing station.The rinsing robot indexes the bottle 180°and activates the rinsing value.Bottles after being rinsed are automatically transferred by a star wheel to the filling station.In the filling station the bottles are picked up by the neck and are allocated individual filling values.The state-of-art filling valve is so precise and accurate it gives
even filling in all bottles.The filled bottles are then transferred to the capping station via a star wheel.
The bottles automatically move for the capping stage where the caps release from the sorter on to the bottles.The caps are sealed automatically using special capping hands. The entire system is enclosed
in a stainless steel/glass outer casing.After the capping stage the bottle are automatically ejected out to
the out feed conveyor. The whole equipment is sleek and is capable of bottling various sizes of PET Bottles ranging from 200ml to 2lits.
Shrink Wrapping Machine
Shrink wrapping for transit purposes uses Polythene shrink film, the lowest cost shrink wrapping film available. One reel of film is mounted at a high level and the other is mounted at a low level. The two reels are joined by the sealing head, forming a curtain of film through which the product is pushed. The fully automatic sleeve wrapping machine uses either a driven belt conveyor or a pusher to automatically transfer, collate and wrap the product as programmed in PLC where we can set quantity as per request.
It comprises of shrink sleeve applicator, shrink tunnel, steam generator and conveyor and can be incorporated into customer's existing production line or operated stand-alone.
Filled or empty containers are transported via an infeed conveyor and then metered via a rotating feedscrew, As the containers enter the labeler, the labels in web form are opened and formed into a tube by a mandrel, fed in precise registration with a printed graphic, cut in precise registration, applied to a container which is then transported via conveyor to a steam tunnel where controlled steam heat shrinks the sleeve tightly onto the container.
